PR Account Manager

Salary: £30-37k DOE

We’re looking for somebody with experience in a PR and communications client services role to manage and drive client relationships, providing a first-class account management service every step of the way.  

You will become a client expert, supporting our clients with everything from project management right through to the creation of campaign plans and strategies that get to the core of their challenges. 

With support from the wider team, you will understand the detail of each campaign or project we execute, interrogating data at every stage to drive results and ROI. 

This role is central to our core proposition to ‘go all in' for ambitious people and projects through our integrated campaign model approach. 

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow personally and professionally – and who is excited to support the delivery of strategic client accounts. 

Key responsibilities:

• Key point of contact for assigned clients 
• Day-to-day coordination and organisation of assigned client accounts 
• Regular email and face-to-face communications with clients and partners 
• Management of actions in our project management system 
• Producing creative briefs for studio specialists (designers, PRs, content writers) 
• Ensuring all outputs are delivered on time and on budget 
• Contributing to internal and client meetings 
• Creating agendas for meetings and capturing and communicating key actions 
• Time and budget tracking and reporting 
• Developing and presenting reports to key clients 
• Supporting client directors with the development of plans and strategies 

The ideal candidate:

• 2-3 years’ experience in an account management role 

• Experience working in a B2B agency environment 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines 

• Experience of using a project management system  

• Creative with the ability to feed into campaign strategies 

• Proactive with the ability to spot opportunities 

• Super organised and skilled at using your initiative 

• Comfortable briefing partners (i.e. designers, videographers, editors, etc.) 

Not essential, but great to have:

• Property / professional services / tech sector experience  
• Proficient with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot etc.)
